GoDaddy Changes TDNAM Start BidsPosted December 19th, 2008GoDaddy the popular domain registrar and web hosting provider, has changed its starting bids on TDNAM (The Domain Name Aftermarket) auctions. The move was followed after being criticised by Domain Name Wire, a domain name news site for “warehousing its customers’ expired domain names and profiting from them” and “taken a number of steps to hide this practice from public view”. Now all bid starts at $10 which will includes “valuation” price and GoDaddy employees are no longer allowed to participate in TDNAM auction bidding.
